The Power of a Cohesive and Strategic Approach

Maximising Online Sales for Helen Exley by 51% YOY

The Challenge

Helen Exley approached us with the goal of increasing online sales and improving the overall performance of their e-commerce platform. The key challenges included:

  • Creating compelling, bespoke creatives, including video and photography, to drive engagement and conversions
  • Understanding website performance to identify conversion barriers
  • Enhancing the customer journey to boost sales
  • Implementing automated emails for customer nurturing
  • Warming up and expanding the audience with Meta Advertising

Strategy

The project began with an in-depth analysis of the website’s performance. After evaluating the user experience and conversion rates, we identified areas for improvement and optimised the site to ensure a smoother customer journey. Once the website was refined, we integrated automated email sequences to nurture leads and encourage repeat purchases.

With the website in prime condition, we launched a strategic Meta Advertising campaign, designed to progressively warm up the audience and drive conversions. This was supported by bespoke creatives, including a new photoshoot and engaging video content, tailored specifically to Helen Exley’s target audience.

Our Tools

Designed brand templates and automated email sequences, including abandoned basket emails, repeat purchase incentives, and newsletters to nurture customers and drive conversions.

Implemented targeted ad campaigns across social media and search engines, utilising bespoke creatives to reach new customers and maximise return on ad spend (ROAS).
